Chester town, England is in Bangkok. Even though it’s nearly a ghost town right now. Pickadaily Bangkok is located at Sukhumvit 77 or Onnut Road, which is accessible via BTS Onnut station.

Before, it was a very nice place where many people could visit and shoot photos. There were lots of nice restaurants and shops too. But then the community mall decided to charge people for taking photos, which ultimately disappointed the visitors, making them don’t want to go there anymore.

Therefore, the mall is left with only one or two available cafes, one supermarket, and few other stores.

When we went to check for the place on the internet, there are a lot of good reviews about the place, but when we went there, almost all stores are closed and replaced by mock up stores. We are afraid that the place has turned into a ghost town now.

Anyway, the mall is designed to be the replication of Chester town in England by using the iconic building and the clock tower. Also, the walking space is nicely decorated with giant size chess board, maze field, and bridge.

The only one thing that wins Ming’s heart is the rinser with strong water pressure in the toilet since toilet is his kind of thing and that he really likes to wash his hands with strong water pressure.

It just couldn’t be greater. Nice and clean.

Meanwhile, Mook loves everything that she can take photos with. As we can see in the GIF, she is really enjoying it even though the weather is so hot. She said that it would be better for her if the weather could be nicer.

Well, it seems like Ming has just found a friend. LOL

"I can just run around since there is no one here!"

When we made a move from the outdoor area into the building, what we saw were the stores in a mock up version, the place is dark and creepy. Anyway, we decided to walk around the building to make sure that the whole place doesn’t contain all mock up stores.

Hopefully, we’ve found one spa shop, one sneaker shop, and one music academy. Apart from that are closed and mock up shops.

IT'S A TRAP!! None of these stores exist here anymore.

The hope in the jar might have already been gone.

We were very disappointed at that time, but that didn't stop us from taking a lot of photos. Yes, a lot of photos.

And when we almost reached heatstroke, we went to one cafe in which the menu is so plain. Nothing special or reminding us of England at all. The name of the cafe is Retro Cafe by Coffee Today, which you can find in many branches of Tesco Lotus.

Anyway, we needed to get in to at least absorb some cool air and get some drinks.

Personally, we wouldn’t recommend you all to come to this place, but if you’re finding a place to shoot photos or short movies, you might want to come. Of course, if possible, come in the evening, or you will encounter heatstroke.
